1. Operator and acceptance
Saia da Teoria is operated by GPF IT SOLUTIONS PTY LTD (ABN 57 638 578 140). By using the platform, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service
Saia da Teoria provides tools for budgeting, personal finance record-keeping, factual summaries, goals and projections. Access is currently by invitation. Features may change as the product develops.
3. No financial product advice
The platform provides factual information, organisational tools and educational calculations only. It does not provide financial product advice, investment recommendations, tax advice, legal advice or credit assistance. It does not consider whether a financial product is appropriate for you. Obtain advice from an appropriately licensed professional before acting on regulated financial matters.
4. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate information and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of information you provide. You grant us a limited permission to host and process it only to provide, secure and improve the requested service and meet legal obligations. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not currently collect CDR data through live bank connections; our proposed approach is described in the CDR readiness statement.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to access another user’s data, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected components, introduce malicious code, use the service unlawfully or submit information you do not have permission to process.
7. Availability and third parties
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Some features rely on third-party infrastructure and financial data sources. Third-party outages, delays or inaccuracies may affect the platform.
8. Accuracy and decisions
Outputs depend on user-provided and third-party data and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Projections are illustrative and are not guarantees. You remain responsible for checking information and for decisions you make.
9. Liability and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Suspension, closure and changes
You may request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law. We may update these terms and will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.
